Refund policy

As a large part of our business is online and some of our customers can’t ‘touch and try on’ our garments pre-purchasing we offer a safe system, so you can confidently order online from us knowing that we offer an exchange, credit or refund on all our garments.

Please make sure all your information is correct to ensure a smooth delivery process including address, email and phone number
We try out best to display true colours of our garments and products appearing online, however there may be colour variations on differing screens.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you are entitled to an exchange, credit or refund.  

On receiving your garments we will issue you a store credit unless specified you would like a exchange or refund.

RETURNED ITEMS –
Must be received by us within 14 days of being shipped to you (28days for International orders)
Must be in its original condition, unworn with tags on
Please include your name and order ID number and if possible a copy of your invoice
If you would like to exchange your garment we will do so providing we have the desired size, colour, style in stock
Wadzee are not responsible for any lost items being returned so we highly recommend using track’ n ’trace on all items being sent back to us

FAULTY ITEMS –

We aim to provide fault free garments and take great pride that all our Wadzee garments are made in New Zealand, however if you receive a faulty garment with a default in the fabric or manufacturing we will offer you and exchange, credit or refund you the full amount.

SHIPPING – within New Zealand
We have a flat rate shipping on $7 on all online orders
We aim to get all in-stock on-line orders dispatched within 1-2 working days
All our online orders are sent on an overnight courier to metro areas, rural deliveries can take an extra 2-3 days
All online orders will be automatically emailed with your track’ n ’trace number when despatched

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS –

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD)
Any change to exchange rate at the time of return processing is beyond the control of Wadzee Design
Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance delays, please note that customs fees, import duties, taxes and any other additional cost are the responsibility of the customer.
Our time frame for receiving International returned items is 28 days
Payment of return shipping costs, including import duties and taxes, are the responsibility of the recipient.
All refunds processed will be in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and in the original payment method.
